What we cut and mill plexiglass

Milling and engraving of plate materials using MultiCam CNC Router 3000 and 5000 machines. The first machine with a work table area of approx. 3,1x2,1m, the second machine with a work table area of approx. 3,1x1,6m and the third machine with a work table area of approx. 4,2x2,1m allows to machine and cut plexiglass as well as other materials up to a thickness of approx. 120 mm, i.e. even thicker boards that cannot be cut by a laser. On the 4.2x2.1m machine we also use a drawing knife for cutting thin foils or soft materials in addition to milling tools.

5 axis CNC milling of parts and mouldings from plastics using Houfek Spider machines with the dimensions of the working area of the first machine about 3000 x 1500 x 800mm and the second machine 3000 x 2415 x 800mm.

Are you wondering how best to cut plexiglass? The most efficient, fastest and most accurate way to cut this material is laser cutting plexiglass. The cuts are clean, glossy and smooth, no further machining and polishing is required. Laser cutting of plexiglass and other materials is computer controlled, which allows for very precise shapes such as letters, logos and other details. There is minimal cutting and no chips and shavings as with other board cutting methods.laser can be used to process piece products as well as mass production.

Laser cutting and raster engraving of Plexiglas using the MultiCam laser 2000 with 400 W power allows processing of Plexiglas plates up to 3060 x 2060 mm.maximum possible thickness of the cut plate is 30 mm.

Vacuum forming of thermoplastic plates is performed on our own machines in three sizes VL1000, VL1600 and VL2000 up to a maximum format of 2000x1500mm including full CNC 5-axis trimming.

We also use e.g. machine plastic benders, Bermag diamond polisher, hot air and ultrasonic welding etc.

We have our own 3D scanner for scanning complex 3D objects, mould making, reverse engineering and also inspection work.
