Vacuum moulding of plastics of various thicknesses
The technology of vacuum moulding of plastics enables KOPLAST spol. s r.o. to process plate semi-finished products in thicknesses from about 0.3 mm up to about 20 mm. After moulding, the final wall thickness of the moulded part is always smaller than the original thickness of the plastic blank. Therefore, careful consideration must always be given to the choice of material in relation to the functionality and desired properties of the moulding.We will be happy to advise you on the selection of material, the construction of moulds and the technical design of the moulding.
