Thanks to the automated production using modern technologies, thousands of batches of products can be created in a short time. However, we also accept orders for one original piece when you need to create a customized plastic moulding. The maximum dimensions of our moulded product can be up to approx. 1900x1400mm.Custom vacuum forming moulds
We make our own moulds. This allows us to offer very reasonable prices for plastic products. Based on your requirements we will produce the mold and the first test molding. After your approval, we will complete the order of the required number of pieces. We will make the mould according to your exact dimensions, but if you only have a vague idea of the product and are not sure what all can be moulded from the plastic, please contact us and we will help you with the design. Moulds for vacuum moulding of plastics are many times cheaper than for injection moulding technology, which makes it possible in certain cases to realize production very cheaper and faster.
