Properties of polypropylene
Polypropylene forms at temperatures of 160-170 °C. It is resistant to UV radiation as well as to alcohols and organic solvents and is highly soluble in xylenes. Polypropylene sheets are often sold because the material is chemically and mechanically resistant. It can be welded well, but is difficult to glue. In terms of properties, pp plastic is similar to polyethylene.Use of pp plastic

- Pipes
- Rope and rope production (they are strong and light and float on water)
- Insulation of electrical cables as a replacement for PVC, e.gtunnels

The boards for production are made of a special polypropylene copolymer (PP-C). They maintain very well the stability of mechanical properties even at very low temperatures. They can withstand bad weather conditions and high UV radiation.
